Just surfin around and stumbled into your site. It is very informative and I am
impressed with the high standards of your workmanship. I work for a block producer on the west coast of Canada and am always looking for industry
info from other parts of the world. Out here Allanblock is by far the largest
seller in the retaining wall segment of landscaping. As a matter of fact the
company producing them is the largest producer of Allanblock in the world. It is interesting to see how little is used in your areas. We produce a product called
Terraforce out on the coast here.

all right! PH keeps getting bigger! Allan block is not unknown around here. i am more familiar with the product with commercial applications.in fact, they are huge with commercial applications. around here, it simply is not a big contender in the residential market.Aesthetics have something to do with that, im sure.

There is a huge demand for hardscaping on the coast in Canada. As I said before the producer of Allan block is the largest producer in the world for them.
There is 2 very large paver producers also on the coast. We also have a keystone producer and somewhere around 3-4 other smaller walls being produced. As far as installers, there is quite a few ,although "good " installers
seem to be few are far between. One nice thing is that for the last 3-4 years
the business has been more year round instead of being packed into 7-8 months.
Our weather out here is alot easier to deal with than out east. I was wondering what you guys think of Versa lok as a wall system. I have seen there website
but there is no producer out here at all.

Versa-Lok in this market does very well. Great color selection and their 6" is some of the most versatile for radiuses.
