jump rock with water feature

We have a pool patio coming up, where we will be installing a jump rock instead of a diving board and will be making a water feature in or near the jump rock, the jump rock will be approx 36" higher than the pool coping and will have boulder style steps going up to it. Anyone ever done anything similar, any ideas or pictures would be grateful.

I agree Matt, its alot to consider, i will not only be calling my Insurance Agent but my attorney as well for advice on the topic. I have also never ran into a situation like this from a building inspectors standpoint. The rock will likely end up being a decorative feature only.
