looks really good.
something that has really helped us in search engine results is listing the counties and zip codes of the places you work.

Very nice work indeed, I wish I took pictures like you guys did. I'm sure your new website will more than pay for itself.

my site became better optimize sometime last fall, with keywords and things. i have already landed at least $14,000 in work from it and it has yet to be tested during the crazy season. it cost me $1900 and $30 a month to host and maintain. it is the best advertising you can have.

Nice site, but desperately lacking in S.E.O. Without S.E.O., no one will find your site.
Also, I noticed you have your e-mail address part of your text. (so do I...at the moment) The spammers crawlers will pick upp on that and you will get hit with spam. My recommendation would be to either make your e-maill contact info either some sort of a jpeg, or disguise it so the spammers don't pick up on it. Something like: e-mail us at "info at big bob's landscaping dot com". (in other words spell it out, this will throw off the spammers.)

Scaper, what's the deal? Is Autumn Leaf a company you work for or maybe merged with? I'm not trying to call you out, but I remember in your "Introduction" you said you've been in the business only a short time and you do mostly planting and stuff. Autumn Leaf says they've been in business for over a decade and have a myriad of projects under their belt.
I like the site. The slideshow needs redone as it is showing pics that appear to be before pics, but not followed by after pics. Just a suggestion.

.......and scratch that about the before and after....I see it now..they are side by side. It's a little misleading by starting off with the pond pic, then going into the before and afters...

Does he know you are using the web as your work? Reason I ask is I have just hired two men who owned their own co. and I had to put a stop to him telling people he had merged with my co. It pissed me off and he was told immediately to stop. Not suggesting in the least you have done that but for the guy who has done all the work then have someone use his site. I don't think its right. Either way hope it works out for you looks like the guy has done some nice work.

We have been friends for a while and now we work together under one name. Those jobs are done by him and I have been running with him on estimates and will be working as his side until I get the real hang of it. I never they were my jobs, by the site is needs to be changed to add my on.

Good luck Scaper! You've come a long way in the past year. Seems like you hooked up with a great person to learn from. You worked hard over the winter and got certified. I'm happy for you! Tell your new partner we'd love to have his input on the site.
