Here's a wall we did last spring some of you have already seen. It ain't the best but I'm not afraid of criticism so...Product is VersaLok Mosaic. Don't care if I win. Not in it for the money, I just want a t-shirt.

I don't know that this is worthy, but CG is feeling a little down about his contests, and I really need something to wear besides a Lawnsite T-shirt.

Colonial, and McKee, your walls have been eliminated as they are obviously over the 3' limit. Sorry guys, but nice try :)

btw, no bashing the downspouts -- they were temporary and since corrected by the gutter man

This is Techo-Bloc Quarry Stone in Earth Red, with Athena pavers. We also did the planting, and drip irrigation. We have since lighted this project as well. We have also gone back to veneer the foundation.

hey i asked chris specifiacally if it was just the wall or if columns counted, he did not tell me no. the walls are only 30" tall, so it is in the guidelines.

I will allow Jay's entry because his "wall" is less than 3'. I consider the pillars accents.

Just for the record, I was only kidding, Jay.

But hey, if he had thrown it out, it would have increased my chances, right?

So you've likely seen these in other posts but please use your best judgement on design Chris, if you think it doesn't fit the requirements go ahead and take it out.

We used a combination of materials, retaining wall product is "monaco block" from permacon and pillars are constructed of "celtik" 135mm module. Accent caps are precast concrete units custom made to fit.

Although an excellent project, Colonial's offering was outside of the contest perameters. The wall is over 3' tall, so we have to eliminate it. Sorry Mike!

Sheesh Bill,
Neither of us got one vote. I think this jury is one-sided. JK. I knew I wasn't gonna win. I have done minimal work and it is nowhere near the caliper of some people here. Congratulations Mark.
