Any suggestions on construction (asphalt compared to concrete) and dimensions? Sandy soil by the beach.

I know on the one that I watched get paved, they used a much finer aggregate for the topcoat to create a real smooth surface. This was an asphalt court. If concrete were used I wouldn’t imagine the control joints would be very attractive plus asphalt should be less expensive.

I built one for my boys using pavers...Kids love it

I helped build one out of pavers. He used a different colored paver for the lane and 3-point line. Turned out good.

Concrete with paver boarder, foul line, key, and 3 pt line would be sharp..
