Looks pretty cool. But I would think it would need alot more maintenace then just a regular breaker???

probally so, but what you would spend on maintenance, you would save in production b/c you could use it as a breaker and still use it to move material most likely. the only thing missing from the picture would be a good sized thumb attached to it.

This Breaker-Bucket is available through NPK in the USA see www.npkce.com (http://www.npkce.com)

By the way, this hammer bucket is less maintenance then regular hammers, if you look closely at the design in the specs brochure that you can download (http://www.powertechci.com/download/specs_PicBucket_eng.pdf) from their site.

You'll notice that the hammer piston is not in contact with the working tools, the anvil in between the hydraulic piston & the working tools does allow to deviate the prying pressure from the tool to the interior of the hammer, avoiding any internal damage...

In Canada, you can get info from a few distributors, Finning Cat, Toromont Cat, Creighton Rock Drill... or directly through their Territory Managers see www.powertechci.com/contact.htm (http://www.powertechci.com/contact.htm)
