Giuseppe Abbrancati of Gappsi, Inc. has recently completed this beautiful project.
The hardscape and lighting look nice.
It may just be my monitor (I can't get the color adjusted like it *should* be), but are the plants photoshopped in? The hydrangeas look awfully "square" to me....?

Yes, this is a pre-landscape simulation that was prepared for the client by their designers. The hardscape and lighting were already in place. I asked Gappsi if he would be willing to forward me a completed photo. I will post it when I receive it.

Great great design. Lets hope the builder was as talented as the designer or that job will turn into a huge liability in time.

You should see the back yard...several tiers of the same walls, and a huge, built in swimming pool.

Heres one more...
The back walls looks like crap compared to the front. There's too many horizontal bond lines in the back that could easily be broken by mixing the two block thicknesses better. Yeah, it was a big job, but I've seen jobs that were more unique and impressive.
Oh, and WTF is this...:

That overall design is insane. Thanks for posting the pictures Anthony. BTW I just sent you a PM about the ES lights we are installing in our suppliers display area.

Hmmmm Good question. I'm the one that personally visited the home and took those photos. The back yard was done several years prior to the front. I don't know if Gappsi did the back or not. They're a very busy company, so I don't think he has time to visit all the boards. He does have a Facebook Group, with lots and lots of his work shown.
I'll zoom in on that photo..I'm currious what that is too.

Here's the close up. I don't think it's a Kerr product. Might be Luminobloc from Canada.

Dan f:
Your WTF question qualifies you as winner of the "you might be a hardscaper if" award for 2010.
Only a real pro would take notice of that tiny detail in that picture:)
