looking for a hardscaper in Philly to possibly split project

Hello,
I just finished a cleanup project in West Philly. The client is renovating a building close to shell condition. After I finished they asked if I did concrete and could do the yard.
I talked to them about possibly putting pavers down instead of concrete and they said they would take an estimate.
If you notice my last post, I haven't done a hardscaping job yet and I dont want experiment with clients, but this seems like a good chance to dive into hardscaping.
Im wondering if there is a hardscaper who works around west philly who would be interesting in splitting the estimate/project???

Are you insured to do that type of work? Who will carry the liability? I would say sub the work and take a finders fee. maybe even work on the crew to gain some experience

Yea thats kinda what I was looking for by posting. If it comes down to it I will probably decline the job but I hate to lose the opportunity.
