Jon, I like the ponds and the shadow cast on the brick. With the right plant material, the first brick house would have looked pretty cool with a shadow cast onto the house on either side of the front door.

In the pics of the first house....what degree bulb did you use on either side of the front door? It looks a little wide.

it is a standard 35w par36. If i had to guess, i would say a 28degree. I did a wide one because we were not putting anything right on the door and i wanted to light it the best i could.

I like the way the lighting reflects off of the soffit in the first few pics. It adds some natural brightness to the front of the house. I haven't done much lighting in my career but I know what it takes to do it right(planning, execution) Nice work!

i like that too. So often people think lighting is just putting a few bullet lights on the front of a house and calling it a day. the picture of the house that is sitting "On Top" of the hill had real nice Dentel moulding and the lights allow you to see that at night. the first house doesn't have as many lights as i would personally want, but the customer had to cut me off somewhere. I tend to get light crazy.
