Making a career switch to hardscaping and need a company to start with

I have my bachelors degree in construction management and have been working commercial construction the past few years as superintendent and site management. I have experience supervising masonry, concrete, and sitework but not "hardscaping." I'm looking for a company where I can do labor for a while and develop into a foreman or PM position.
I am studying for my ICPI Cert and looking into my masters for Landscaping Architecture.
I'm very self motivated, dependent, and I come with a truck.

Where are you located....in Philly or suburbs? Are you trying to just get you feet wet before you start your own company, or looking for long term foreman / PM work?

I'm in Manayunk. Technically its Philadelphia but its closer to Conshohocken. I am looking to develop into a PM type position. Eventually, maybe open my own company but I think thats like at least 10 years away.
