Christmas Lights

Does anyone have a decent source for traditional incandescent light strands? I need a ton of lights and I'm not sure what the standard rate is for these things.

Check with your local JDL. They should carry them

If you are talking the "mini" lights, you are better off buying them from Walmart/Mendards/Lowes/etc than any "premium" lights from one of your suppliers.

In my experience, even the expensive lights don't last much more than a season or two. If they make it through the first season then most likely they'll be good for 2-4, otherwise junk them.

I've hung enough of the mini lights to be able to do it in my sleep. Nothing like spending a week walking around on drywallers stilts hanging the damn things. Fortunately, GreenMonster doesn't mess with them, so I should be safe this year. :D
