Are any of you guys pinning and pouring as a preventative measure against settlement in the backfill zone?
By "pinning and pouring" I am referring to excavation below the frost line, drilling holes into the foundation(of a house) and anchoring rebar into the holes, extending out into the excavated area.
Finally, concrete is poured into the hole, bonding the anchored rebar and the concrete.
