Moss Problem

I have never had any issues with moss in the past. But what do you know this year I have to cases within a one month period. 2 customers from 5 months ago called asking why they have moss growing. This issue is completely new to me. I have never seen moss grow so soon after installation.

One installation was a standard Unilock brick driveway, yes i admit there was major water when we excavated for the base. So yes I guess there is moisture underneath. But why is this happening to the whole driveway.

The other install was a Travertine pool deck. Any suggestion.

Very, very, very cool wet spring with many overcast days with not much direct sun. Try using a mild soluttion of 1 part bleach and 2 parts water and a stiff bristle brush on one spot of the moss. Let completely dry.
