I've come across a customer who tried sealing his patio himself. The outcome was a very dirty looking (yellowish/brown) patio.
My question is, has anyone used soy gel from franmar? If so what has been your experience with it?

That's tough. You could just tell him he's f'd and walk away chuckling....but that's not what a Pro Hardscaper would do now is it? LOL
