I can honestly say I never been more disappointed in a forum before. If any of you read the thread (curbman and homedepot) You will understand why I said this. I commend the guys that don't pass the judgement on others, concerning who they do business with or for. We are all in basically the same line of work to do basically the samething, Make Money. I choose as an owner who I do business with or for and the amount of money of the jobs.
I've done jobs for as little as 25.00 (10 min of work) and up. We provide the customer with a fair price and always back my work. I don't try to pay for christmas off one job. We don't bash other companies to customers or other business associates. Its just bad business.
I understand you always have that one person who thinks he is the god almighty. These forums are, I thought to pass ideas and help others in a business we all enjoy doing, not just outcast people because they do work for someone or a different way than them, or maybe because some have good business ethics and some don't. Never the less one thing remains the same maybe I'm outcasted because I wear the orange apron becuse we install for them but that about $85,000 that maybe I wouldnt have done, so in my eyes that using my resources and just doing good business. So at the end of the year I'll take that amount and add it to my companies advertisement and word of mouth jobs and will say "another good year for us".
