Ok, here's a little water feature I am working on. An area 29' x 6.5' with 4 small fountains evenly spaced. The whole area will be covered by 1-3" river jacks. Would it be best to install individual pits for each fountain or make it one big pit?

if its cost feasible, i would think that the more water that's in the whole feature, the less likely a pump would burn up due to water loss, and dont have to worry about splashing

I would make one big pit and maybe use one bigger pump and branch off it to each fountain

We've only installed a few simple ponds, one pump, one waterfall. 4seasons, I like your idea. How would you run the lines from the pump to have equal pressure at each fountain?

put a valve on each line and adjust as needed. Make sure if you do that get a pump that can handle valves on the lines. Some don't like to be restricted.
