Snow

Were finally getting some snow here, first decent one in 3 or 4 years. We have never really done any Snow removal, but my foreman wants to be put on commision and take our skid steer or tractor to a neighborhood with lots of cluster houses and go door to door early in the morning. My question is, should we do it, or not bother? We dont have any established accounts and have about 3" right now, its suppose to snow all night (another 6" total)
I dont know if its worth it or not????

I guess it couldn't hurt, how much is his "commission"? Just make sure you have your expenses and arse covered
