I have attached a few pics of my new skid steer operator. I'm not sure what to think of her. She seems undersized but assures me she can handle the machine.

Also, she eats these things she calls "fruit chews" but they seem to impair her judgment and make her a little wacky.

Finally, she demands benefits for her partner "Teddy" and I really don't see what value "Teddy" adds to our company.

I got one of those too.

I know all about the fruit crack that they get their hands on.

Not sure how old your daughter is, but my son will will be 2 Dec. 20. Good looking kid. Get them started early

he is motivated by the sound. the louder the better. Its really great when his eyes light when he revs the ATV to limit. He wants to do whatever I do and hes not even 2 yet. I am sure you experience the same thimgs.

Having a chld has been one of the best things thats happened to me

Absolutely. She is my first. I have a son that is 15 months. There is definitely a difference between the two. She likes girl stuff (shoes, color pink, dolls, clothes, etc.).

My son is into balls, climbing, pushing me over, (boy stuff) etc. It is awesome to observe and experience.

Seems to me that she would be a w/c nightmare, I'd axe her! Plus you have to now get his and her porto-potties.

Cute kid Mike and I see you also have her on the lawnmower .. just be careful when they are old enough to operate for real.... my youngest son was hurt in one of ours this past spring and I'm still kicking myself for it....just gives me the shudders when i think about that morning.

Nice pics, guys. I have one from at least three years back with my daughter and me in the skid. Damn if I can find it.

My daughter rides around the yard in the ASV with me now. I'll run the foot throttle, and the pilot controls are so damn easy to operate, she actually drives it around. I just tell her to push the stick in the direction she wants to go. All she really cares about though is beeping the horn at her mom. She'll be 5 in March

Cute kids guys. Mine is too little for the skid, and the skid is too dirty anyway. She does have a pair of timberlands just like daddy. Pretty cool actually, same material even down to the thick rubber heal.

Didn't you post that on LS? I remember seeing pics of you and your daughter, but can't remember for sure if you were in a skid.

Fortunately the kids look like their moms and not their burly dads! Just kidding. They're beautiful. Great job Mike on the site. (Compliments from your new designer!) Unless I'm guessing wrong.

Here's me and my new son/future skiddy operator. He's 2 months old. Glad I had him early in my career, because it seems by the pics that once your in business for more than 4 years you can only have girls. Not that there's anything wrong with girls, I just already have two of those! LOL

I think I'll be looking to replace my guy. He seems to have a blatant disregard for authority. All I asked was for him to get out there and start prepping the base for some of the spring projects.........and this is the response I get! I'm outraged! He's on the chopping block for sure! (I swear I didn't stage this pic) LOL

Sometimes we need to give em something to do. Now if only I could get her to wash the whole truck instead of a one foot by one foot section before she tires out.
