Looking for a job. Anybody need an experienced hardscaper/landscaper?
I have run my own business for 18 years, but I am ready to make a change. I have experience in heavy equiment operation, layout and design work, and install work. I am NCMA certified and licensed for pesticide spraying as well. I have tools and a truck and would travel for work.
I would bring my family with and if the climate was mild, could bring my lodging (camper) with.

I would consider that, but mostly my interest lies in foreman or crew leader positions. I have done all aspects of the hardscape and landscape industry just have done it for myself.
Our market is dead here and I'm looking to relocate myself and my family to somewhere else.

Any luck finding work yet? If not, let me know. We are adding another crew.

There has been a few little jobs that I have done. I am trying to give it some more time with our store in Murphy, but I don't know what that will bring. I am located in Murphy, NC; we are 20 miles away from the Georgia/Tennesee borders (in the extreme western corner of NC). We have listed our house for sale last week and are gonna try and sell it to eliminate our debt. Right now my overhead and debt require $20.00 per hour. I don't know how that translates to an employer's standpoint. I know I could not pay someone that, so I am not sure for you guys.

Been getting some small jobs here, and still hanging on. We are planning a pretty big spring for the store, I hope everyone else is. Our marketing campaign kicks in March. I hope it pans out.... Just keeping this up to date.

We are having a tuff year so far, I would still consider making a move. Let me know of anything you guys may have, even if it's temporary.
