Has anyone had any experience w/ installation of this product? https://ephenry-px.rtrk.com/Contractor/Product.asp?Product_ID=157 I like the look and the thought of installation w/ interlocking panels. I'm curious to see how they handle outside and inside corners and say if you wanted to stop the veneer half way up a wall. They don't have much in the way of specs on their site.

Hey Bro...welcome to the site!
(FYI - Josh is my younger brother who just came on board as a foreman/project manager for MuirView this week. We're ecstatic to have him. Josh has about 15 years experience in the construction/excavation industry and decided he wanted to try something new. I think it will be an easy transition for him into hardscaping.)

Hey Josh, off topic, but welcome to the site. I have met Adam and spoken with him a few times and I have to say, you are with a great guy. The fact that he is your bro is a bonus.
Nobody(as far as I know) is doing what your brother is doing with regard to utilizing design software that removes the visualation variable for the customer. He is borderline genius with this stuff and his talents should really expose you guys to jobs with the scope we all dream of.
Hopefully, your operational talents match his and you guys achieve the success you deserve. From what Adam told me about you, I have little doubt.
Good luck.

Thanks Mike....(I'll give you the $50 for that comment later) LOL
After that glowing review, I think I'm gonna have to raise my design rates to $90 an hour. (Except for you Mike) haha

Seriously, Adam, you are at the tip of the spear with what you are doing. On top of that, you are a good guy. Good luck to you and your brother.

You want cash too Steve?:)
Serioulsy, If I was going into computer world battle with Lewis Skolnick and Gilbert Lowell (Revenge of the Nerds), I would choose Adam as my partner.
How's that for a complement Adam?:pound:

welcome to the site Josh. It's nice to see you working with Adam. You will both do well together. I'm not quite sure what you mean about the interlocking panels. I think you would treat this stuff the same as you would any other man made veneer. If you wanted to stop a portion of the way up on a wall you would want to select another style veneer as a "trim" piece to cap it. Like a dummy ledge stone or something. Corners wont present a problem, just make sure you alternate overlapping them as you would say a srw wall. I dont know how the individual pieces look but remember to follow the 2 over 1 rule when licking and sticking.

on second thought Josh, they may offer an outside corner. Personally, I dont see what this product offers over other existing veneer manufacturers.

Thanks everybody. I would like to say that I am excited to be on board. I think that building w/ your hands is the highest form of art. (No matter the trade) My last job was working as an explosives engineer for Brubacher Excavating. I'm certified in three states and am very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and quarry blasting. I have lately felt a growing sense of dissatisfaction at the end of the day. O.K. I blasted some rock, but if I come back in 10 yrs, there will be nothing to show for it if I did my job right.
Teaming up w/ Adam has a ton of potential and I'm ready to explore that.
O.K. enough of that. The panels are interlocking and keyed to ensure proper alignment. I'm thinking installation would be quicker, and simpler, and dare I say perhaps tighter than anything we're doing w/ piece by piece installation. On flat surfaces this could be a viable option if the accessories are there to continue your momentum on a project like this. The Henry site has precious little to offer in the way of information for installation, or accessories. I shot an email to them requesting more info. I just thought someone here would maybe have seen this product in action.

EPH's EZ Fit is a direct rip off of Cultuired Stone's Pro Fit www.culturedstone.com. What EPH did was changed the ends of the pieces. I have insatlled Pro Fot twice and it is pretty easy. The best part is that there is only 1 way to do it. Stater w/ a level line and work your way up. Just make sure you offset the vertical lines. We actually handle 4 veneer lines, EPH, Cultured Stone, Best Stoneworks and Heritage Stone. So, anyone w/ veneer questions, please contact me. We have brochures, samples, displays etc.
