Changes to Contests

We like Mark's suggestion of moving the Contest to the top. Soooo.....we are going to create a contest forum that will be placed at the top of the main board.

In that forum, we will post the monthly contests as well as any other contests we decide to hold.

Any other suggestions for that forum are welcome. Give us some feedback.
