You may enter servant. :humble:

ICPI and NCMA are great at getting information out there and setting forth standards for the industry.

However, in my opinion, this site is great for addressing where the rubber meets the road, in real time.

To me ICPI and NCMA are what they are. they establish a set of minimum standards in a immature industry that needs guidance until building codes are established or national standards can be set. they are not the be all end all, but they are all we have. a site like this can provide far more knowledge to someone starting out than ICPI or NCMA can. wish i had a site like this in the beginning. i am also glad to see this site. I began mowing grass 18 years ago, then went on to landscape installation, ponds, lighting..plants, sod, irrigation, etc....

BUT the hardscapes and lighting is what really flips my flounder.

Mike and Chris:

Great job so far on this site. I think it's great to have a place for Hardscapers to go for valuable info. The more contractors who do things right, the better for all of us.

I will make sure customers who come to my store know about your efforts.
