Some pics so far this year. I will probably never take before or during pics as I'm lucky to get these done.

We did all the plantings, hardscapes, and vinyl fencing. I need to get some more pics of our other jobs we did but I figured these would at least give you guys some idea of our style at the shore.

The first ones are anchor wall very low grade material. The second is the non tumbled coventry wall. I really like doing the flower gardens, and its much better money than pavers around here. Right about now our gardens are about at 100% bloom with just the crape myrtles holding out, and they are what get us the rest of our work. By installing fence on our jobs we definately squeeze out as much money as we can from our projects.

I like your work but choice of material is not great. I would never build round steps using that capstone,it makes the semi-circular step look too notchy, know what I mean? The second set of pictures you are using a much nicer wall system.

One incident and you pull the LS card?

I couldn't disagree more and I'm sorry you feel that way.

Comment away guys. Thanks MBELLA but I appreciate feedback on my work. Zedo I see what you mean about the caps but don't really agree. Not everyone wants the "finished" look that bullnose gives you.

Vic, are any of those beds irrigated?

Its more the way you have the large end one way then the small end the other way. Nothing to do with the facing. I guess I just don't like the large taper of the caps. Nothing to do with your work , it looks great.

Some of the beds are irrigated with home depot soaker hoses that we did, some have sprinkler irrigation, some have nothing. Zedo- I don't like the caps, my problem is that only being 1' wide on the long side they tend to look too "busy". EP caps are 16" wide and look much better. Yes we did the stacking stone walls. I hope these pics sell some jobs, we are dead in the water around here.

The third picture describes best what I mean, the front of the curved step is actually straight. With the caps I'm speaking of it can be made perfectly round. No bother, just my critical observation. Alls good.

its those stupid "reversa" caps or that style anyway. i hate those things. i especially dont like the fact that your inlay pavers butt up against the rough face of the cap instead of the smooth face of a single sided cap. just a cleaner look.i agree, it has nothing to do with the work. bigvic, your finished product looks exceptional. your photos have a nice clarity to them. what kind of camera do you use?

I was looking for a couple of suitable pictures to show the difference, here are a couple we used with celtiks reversilbe coping, they come in 3 different sizes and all look great if mixed or if used individually. The larger the step radius the larger the cap is used.

The trafalgar looks nice, I've got an install in a few weeks and it'll be my first Permacon project.

Its nice but be careful when compacting, the corners chip real easy especially on the large squares. It eats the sand up at a furious pace to so don't forget to calculate at least one bag per 50sq.ft.

Yup it soaks it up big time. Gaps are 3/8ths to 7/16ths of an inch at least x 7cm deep.

CUSTOM- I have a 5 year old kodak digital camera. I think the key is to get the plants in bloom and the sun shining without too much shadows. I have so many pics with shadows ruining them that it takes away from the installations.
