Can't beat that. Do you do much with plantings also? A few clusters of evergreens scattered naturally across the back would give nice privacy if that is desired. None the less a few trees just to break up the 'hey we built a house in a field' look. I assume thats a golf course?

How long did this project take?

Generally I would plant a few river birches for effect and light them at night but they wanted nothing to block view of golf course....which is understandable ....they have a great view and a few people came over off cart path to take a look. Plantings might follow later in the spring. Job took 7 working days give or take with weather.

Did you just run conduent for the lights and have an electrian bring power to them and hook them up? Curious.

7 days! wow, you guys fly! The project looks great. More and more I'm beginning to like those seating walls. I wish we had that type of block around here.

Unilock makes a block to build like that. I saw it in their catalog. I still don't know how stable that would be to sit on. Looks like a liability to me.

Koot - What software did you use for your design?

I do all electric.....trade secret how I do it though.

7 days ...2 guys for 4 days...... 3 just myself.....

Block for this job is Unilock ..Oberfields has the same ...I like both.
Stability...try moving it....unlike other guys I space the block closer and there is always 2 block underneath every block...I make sure they are extremely clean when glueing.

Software is Smart Draw ....best $100 I ever spent. Had it about 6 years now. I have prolandscape etc but never use it.
I can take measurements off design (see above) take out tape measure stake it and I am good to go.

Koot- thanks for that software suggestion. i downloaded the demo, that is so simple to work with. its $300 now but still worth it. for a simple project thats all i need to just show the HO what its gonna look like. The job really cam out nice too.

are your 110 lights converted to 12v? i know thats what we do. oopps, i hope i didn't give it away?
